International Students
Our student packages are designed for International Post Graduate students. You are guaranteed a simple application process and a quick decision from us for your peace of mind.
You can move in with just a suitcase!
- Rent: £225/week for up to 52 weeks for a studio, or £250 for s studio plus
- Application/reservation fee: £225
- Deposit: 5 weeks rent, bonded by the government deposit protection scheme
- Rent payable 13 weeks in advance, termly.
(If you do not have a UK guarantor, or your Government guarantee, we may ask for additional advance payment)
WIFI and Gym included. No city tax to pay. Electric and Water not included.
Soft furnishing and kitchen packages available upon request. Airport transfers also bookable.
